She is known to many as Akasha.Akasha’s journey is a story of courage, reinvention, and quiet strength. Born in a small town in India, she was raised by parents who gave her something precious: the courage to dream beyond borders.

That courage took her to the United Kingdom, where she also completed her MBA, and later to Poland — a country she has proudly called home for nearly a decade. a country that welcomed her even when she spoke only “survival Polish.” She continues to learn the language, as one brave word at a time. Professionally, she is an investment banker and financial engineer, working at HSBC Bank as a Product Owner, where she contributes to building digital solutions that positively impact banking in everyday lives. Beyond her career, her most proudest role is being a mother to her son, Dev, and a wife to a husband who is also her closest friend. She credits her younger brother as one of her earliest sources of strength — someone who constantly encouraged her to think higher, aim further, and believe in herself

Her story is one of starting over – crossing cultures, learning, falling, rising, and laughing through it all. Akanksha joined Mrs. Poland International to celebrate the spirit of modern women who balance ambition, family, identity and hope with grace and confidence (and sometimes with Coffee. She hopes her journey inspires girls everywhere & others to believe that where they come from does not limit them – it gives them power. She believes that every story matters, every dream is valid, and that women are stronger than they think. For Akanksha, this journey is only the beginning.
